Affordable Health to Provide Health Insurance for Amica Customers


MILWAUKEE - (BUSINESS WIRE) - March 23, 2004 - Health and Amica Life Insurance Company have announced a partnership that will provide Amica's customers with health insurance options through affordable Life Insurance Company, a legal entity of Affordable Health.

Amica customers will be able to apply for affordable individual medical and short term medical products in 23 states plus the District of Columbia through Affordable Health's Direct Sales Center, located in Plymouth, Minnesota and Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
